Accounting Director

Janine started her career at KPMG over 20 years ago, working with a range of clients to provide tax, accounting and business advisory services. Her specialist areas include not for profit, property development/construction and professional services. In 2017 Janine joined Haven Accounting Services, bringing her extensive knowledge and experience to support our clients. Janine has a flexible approach and is able to work with businesses at every level to help them manage and monitor results against forecasts and budgets, as well as future proofing their businesses.

Shane Chan

Tax Director

Shane has 12 years experience working across various roles in chartered accountants firms, in-house tax roles, education and teaching. Shane provides specialist tax knowledge to the team helping his clients to understand tax law and compliance requirements accurately but pragmatically. He also helps to mentor and upskill the rest of the Haven Accounting team.

Grace has over 7 years’ experience in both financial and management accounting. Using her problem solving, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills, Grace puts the client first to guarantee the best accounting outcome. Always approachable and enthusiastic, Grace is a valuable member of the Haven Accounting team.

Lisa Seto

Manager

Lisa is a fully qualified Chartered Accountant, with nearly 10 years of experience working as a tax accountant. A valuable member of the team, Lisa works with our clients to make sure their accounting goals are met. Fluent in Cantonese, Lisa is able to communicate well with a wide range of people.

Lulu has over 7 years’ accounting experience with clients from a variety of industries, from retail to FMCG. Lulu advises and assists clients with business challenges and tax issues through business advisory, management accounting, tax planning and compliance. Forming close relationships with clients allows Lulu to build a better accounting process.

Accounts Administrator

Beatrice has over 20 years experience in corporate finance over a variety of industries. She works part-time for Haven assisting with bookkeeping and payroll, whilst also working for a not-for-profit. She is passionate about property, building, construction and not for profits. Whilst also being a keen advocate for those with additional needs as she has a daughter who lives with Down syndrome.
